Monitoring Progress Towards a Sustainable New Zealand

Monitoring Progress Towards a Sustainable New Zealand, a new, experimental report released 28 August 2002, provides a selection of information to help assess New Zealand's progress towards sustainable development. The report provides a selection and analysis of information related to sustainable development. Economic, social and environmental information are all needed to assess whether development processes are sustainable. This new report is a first attempt to bring this information together.

Free seminars on monitoring progress towards sustainable development were held during September and October 2002, as part of a process of consultation and review of the report.

This MS Powerpoint 97 file contains the material presented during these seminars.
